
Major planning and master planning project, ‘The Hamptons’ in Peterborough, to develop homes and businesses within 2,500 acres of open space and nature reserves. Production of framework plans and technical diagrams included within presentational Development Briefs to present how the site will integrate to the current landscape.
Marketing pack and Design Code were also created to communicate guidelines on the self-build parts of the site. Production of various printed marketing materials were produced for stakeholders alongside large pop-up exhibition material, all promoting the clients vision for the site.
A fold out illustrative street map for residents to navigate and communicate some of the key features of the newly built development was also produced.
