SmartCity, Malta

Large scale international master planning project in Valletta, Malta. Supporting Colin Buchanan to create the visual layout of 350k m2 of new-built space and infrastructure for ‘SmartCity Malta’ .

Illustrating the master planning proposals and subsequent master plan options. Supporting the project with various site analysis plans such as Land Use, Zoning, Density and the like.

A Technical Statement and a large Project Description Statement were also produced to support the detailed design stage. A very successful project with all proposals under construction.
